Singapore

Singapore is such a futuristic city.Melting pot of cultures. I spent one day and two nights in this city. Because I had one day in this fabulous city I stayed at the marina bay sands hotel to experience the infinity pool on the 52 floor of this magnificent architecture. I woke up real early to check out the pool and I was in awe.

I started the day checking out the Merloin park, headed out to little India for some breakfast. After a tour around little India ,i went straight to the Hajji lane. Got to see the beautiful graffiti art work, cute little cafes.I also tried this place called selfie cafe where they print your face on the cafe…..what a novelty!

After checking out the mosque on hajji lane ,it was china town time. Cute little street with little food joints and sovereign shops. Got to see the Buddha Relic temple where they had Buddha’s tooth.

well, the most fun part was the gardens by the bay and the art n science museum. Dont miss this if you every went to Singapore.

In the evening the street by the lau pat sat food hawker center is closed for traffic as the street is open for street food .I am vegetarian so I did not have any satay but it did look good and it was crowed.

Last but not the least was the night show at the gardens by the bay.I was mesmerized by is light show. Felt like I was transported to a place from the Avatar movie. Best light show I have ever seen.

Well,I do need to come back here to see few more places around the city like the Sentosa Island. Until next time singapore…..
